How do I return a garment?
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with the garments you have purchased at Nuvula.com, you have 30 calendar days from your order shipped date.

Remember that returns will only be accepted if they comply with the following requirements:

• Garments that have not been washed or used in any way;
• Garments that are in the exact condition as when purchased, with the original label attached;
• The product is complete (for example, you must return both items in a pair);
• All promotional offers must be returned in full;
• The returns form must be included inside the returns package.
• Please include in your email , if instead of refund you would like to change the size of your garment,
If a returned article does not comply with these requirements, you will not receive a refund. The item will be returned at the customer’s expense.

When and how will I receive the refund?

Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment.
Nuvula l will not make the refund until the returned item has been received and examined by our warehouse.

Once the condition of the returned product has been verified, we will refund you the corresponding amount within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
